The DEVELOPMENT division of Pears Health Cyber is responsible for creation, development and pre-tests (trials) of new type of projects.

The focus of this division is creating and developing ideas and alternatives of new types of projects in the area of online marketing, interactive marketing, educational and promotional tools and modern technologies deployment, and their integration in various activities of pharmaceutical companies.

New types of projects arise while holding discussions with our clients and consulting their problems. Once a problem on the side of a client is recognized, PHC always aspires to deliver a solution, tailored specially to the addressed needs and requirements.

Development of new type of projects is based on

  • the in-depth understanding of the needs of our clients,
  • knowing the background information on market functions,
  • working hands-on with brand, product and sales managers,
  • following news in the pharmaceutical industry,
  • adjusting to the most recent trends and
  • accommodating the newest technologies.

The continuous increase of activities and services provided by the DEVELOPMENT division throughout the evolution of the projects and portals created the background for creation of other unique divisions.
