Prague (29th October 2014) – Starting from the 1st of November 2014 at Pears Health Cyber s.r.o., Radka Dzian will be in charge of harmonising the company in the field of human resources throughout the business group. She will assume the role of Head of HR as the first person in the company to take on this role. She is no newcomer to Pears Health Cyber s.r.o., having worked here in a range of positions since 2006. She has been working in an HR capacity since last June and will be set the task of creating unified standards and processes for all the company’s business groups including head office, above all competence models which will form the basis of managing employee development throughout the PHC group.
