Prague, Nov 7, 2013 Lekarna.cz is a successful internet project. It was established 10 years ago as a first online drug store. Nowadays, it is the biggest online drug store in CEE. It holds about 55% of market share. Its financial turnover in the first year was almost 2 million CZK, after 10 years the turnover is 300 million CZK. It is run by a company Pears Health Cyber.
„In the recent years the sales increases about a quarter every year. We have the ambition to double the sales every three years with combination of a few key strategies in business and marketing. We plan to significantly adjust our offer to individual target groups as well as to individual customers, we will gradually expand product portfolio and enter new categories, improve communications and social networks campaigns, support our m-commerce. We want to increase the number of our collection points, as well as the payment and delivery methods“, says Pavel Knorr, the new CEO in Pears Health Cyber, a company that also runs the Slovakian branch www.mojelekaren.sk for more than 6 years. The internet service is combined with services of 9 drug stores, part of network Harmonia, next year plans to open five more. Pharmacies Harmonia is the youngest pharmacy network in the Czech Republic, it belongs to the current TOP5 pharmacy chains.
