Prague, Oct 31, 2013 Diabetologists in Russia are educated via the internet thanks to the unique educational know how of the Czech company Pears Health Cyber. Interactive education of Russian medical professionals started in 2011.
„We were the first ones to offer electronic education for diabetologists in Russia, we used the online platform proven in the Czech and Slovak Republic. Russian diabetologists are getting used to this system. They have mainly basic technical content for use, sort of a diabetes cookbook, created by representatives of the Russian endocrine company under the leadership of Professor Marina Shestakovova“, says owner of Pears Health Cyber company, Vladimir Finsterle.
Communication and education via the internet is becoming a part of our professional practice. In Russian conditions, it is difficult to convey the lecturer to all corners of Russia or take all diabetologists to the instructor. This is why the internet, webinars and everything that can transmit information at a distance becomes an everyday part of our lives,“ says Professor Shestakovova. She also appreciates accustomed content that fits exactly to the need of diabetologists.
Pears Health Cyber company provides online education to medical professionals since 2003, when it launched the first educational project for pharmacists in collaboration with CLK (Czech medical chamber).
