I graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy of Charles University in Hradec Kralove and started my career in 1989 at the department of immunology at IKEM in Prague. Then I got the opportunity to establish the then Czechoslovak representative unit of CILAG. I founded Pears Health Cyber s.r.o. in 1999. As you can see, I’ve always started from scratch, and this is a trait that has accompanied me to the present. It’s not a negative aspect – in fact it’s a driving force. I am led by a constant desire to learn new things, feel and discover how they work, give them a new direction or change their content. This ambition is continuously forcing me to learn, to meet new people and to listen to them. This enables us to enter the market with something different from what we had previously.
A good idea will always make its way through finding its fans and buyers.
This only requires self-belief in ones own abilities and endurance. The desire “to make it” is a driving factor in my life. I have founded the company Pears Health Cyber s.r.o. in 1999 and from the very beginning, with my team we have formed its divisions and created products that were not on the market yet, whether it was the first online pharmacy, digital marketing for pharmaceutical companies or educational activities. Today we are a modern growing company focused on setting trends in communication for health care. It forces us to be innovative and constantly come up with new ideas. That is why I always seek talented people with ideas for company development.
