Pavel Knorr (42) formally worked as a Country Manager CZ and SK in Lego Company (2001-08). His management skills brought him a ÄŒMA nominee for Manager of the year (2006 and 2007), in 2008 he received an Excellent manager of the year and Top Manager of the year reward. In the last five years he worked as a Strategic Development Manager and Consultant. Thanks to that he could be a part of top management team working for example on post-acquisition development of shareholding company Chance, a.s. or reorganizing and selling Bontonfilm company. He is a University of Economy in Prague gradual, later he received MBA on Kellstadt Graduate School of Business in Chicago.
As a CEO he will mostly be focused on increasing efficiency of current operations, supporting synergies among divisions and creating environment for other dynamic development in business.
There is a significant expansion in the management team now with the new member. Vladimir Finsterle established PHC in 1999 and has been in the leading position since then. He is responsible for its successful development. Now, he will be focusing more on acquisitions and alliance challenges, expanding abroad, developing alternative models and innovating communication in healthcare.
