Prague, Mar 24, 2014 – Publishing Economia together with Marketing Institute organized in early March a roundtable devoted to the theme of loyalty programs. Five experts in loyalty programs from five different companies talked primarily about what to improve about loyalty programs so they work the best and really bring the company profits. One of the experts was also Vladimír Finsterle, owner of Pears Health Cyber, who is responsible for strategic marketing in the company. In the discussion was mentioned, among others, lekarna.cz´s survey on how many customers use authorized access, purchases made by logging in with their own account at e-shop.
