We are a company that is not indifferent to the world around it and the people therein. We work as volunteers, we collect money for ill or otherwise disabled and disadvantaged people and we help though sharing our know-how. Our charity score currently stands at CZK 950, 000 in favor of those with the butterfly´s wings disease (EB) and more than CZK 35,000 gained in our own public collection designed for people affected by floods in June 2013.
For a long-time we have been supporting DebRa Czech Republic, an organization that represents the needs of patients with the disease of butterfly´s wings. In addition to donating finance, we dedicate our time and know-how. We participated in video production for information campaigns 12plus12, we helped at the counter of Barbed Cafe on 48th IFF in Karlovy Vary and at golf tournaments Holes for Butterfly Wings in Kořenec. For DebRa CZ we have gained already nearly one million Czech crowns over the last eight years.
We registered own public collection after extensive floods in June 2013. The initiative arose spontaneously, we decided to help in the occurrence of unexpected and extreme floods. We managed to collect more than 35,000 crowns, which we passed before Christmas 2013 to a family in Svoboda nad Úpou, that was the most damaged by the floods. Donation of this unexpected Christmas gift was accompanied by tears and emotions..
We support non-profit organizations in the Chrudim region, where Lekarna.cz has its headquarters. In the European Year of Ageing and Solidarity between Generations 2012, we received a thank-you letter from Pardubice region and the Coalition of non-P0s, for our actvitity in favor of to the company. We help the needy in the area of health and social and we have also contributed to various child and sport initiatives.
